Sandy River Company has enjoyed a long standing relationship with Northbridge Communities in a variety of ways, most recently forming a partnership to develop a portfolio of assisted living memory care centers under the brand name “Avita”. Sandy River Company and Northbridge Communities are partners on Stroudwater Landing, a retirement campus to be developed in Westbrook, a suburb of Greater Portland, and two new assisted living memory care centers in Brunswick and Wells, Maine.
